BRANCH MANAGER CLIENT ACQUISITION

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Middle Management level position for the Profit Centre Management. The job includes complete P&L responsibility of a Branch comprising of 15-20 people. He shall be responsible to plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth of new client acquisition & revenue upgrades from existing clients in line with the laid down processes. The role will involve recruiting & managing direct sales force in the Brach, increasing the productivity level & overall efficiency of the sales team and ensuring target achievement as per the defined targets.


JOB PROFILE:

1) Monitoring and analysis of key data of the region allocated including sales figures, sales personnel, productivity ratios, client’s work status and receivables etc

2) Identifying the opportunity & problem areas, preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures and presenting the Branch Sales reports. Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion of customers

3) Responsible for team recruitment, training, hand holding and ensuring high retention of team

4) Ensure implementation of training programme for skill development

5) Record performance metrics and monitoring key parameters to increase the overall productivity of the sales personnel

6) Drive performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes

7) Collecting market feedback and provide periodic updates to the management for formulation of policy & strategy


DESIRED PROFILE:

Qualification:

MBA or equivalent masters degree from reputed institution


Experience:

1) 3 - 7 years of industry experience

2)At-least 1+ years of experience in managing a Branch within a successful Direct marketing/ Space selling/ Banking / Insurance/ Services organization

3)Last 1 year experience in managing sales team of more than 15 personnel having 2 layers of hierarchy


Required Skills:

1) Have strong team building & team management ability, leadership ability and persuasive communication skills to inspire the team

2) Must be process oriented, IT savvy & proficient in the use Microsoft Office/ Open Office Tools

3) Basic understanding of concept selling and in depth understanding of direct selling
